Working as project managers, LGD Interiors are actively responsible for some very large and complex commercial projects. For tenants, LGD Interiors carry out due diligence reviews of buildings before commitment to lease and then manage the rapid fit-out period demanded by major corporate clients. For owner-occupiers we have the ability to take a project from the initial business case and site selection process, through brief development, team selection and into full project delivery, whether through a construction management or a traditional procurement route. We are one of the few companies who can offer a truly holistic management team right through to site delivery and aftercare.
This ability on the one hand to help define, guide and shape corporate real estate strategy/property business cases, and on the other to manage multi trade activity with suppliers and contractors at the construction face is, for clients, a significant advantage.
